That's why at Lake & Leaf Chiropractic our aim is to remove any unnecessary stress or tension and make you feel comfortable during your visit with our chiropractor. Our intake forms are online, secure and can be completed from the comfort of your own home prior to your first visit. We reserve 40 minutes for our new patient appointments.
